Steve Powers' "adult graffiti" for the city of Syracuse is pretty stirring stuff.

A few weeks ago I mentioned "Love Letters to Syracuse," a public art project aimed at uniting two adjacent (but very different) neighborhoods in the city by painting charming messages on the old train bridge that divides them.
The video above provides some more background on the neighborhoods involved; how the artist Steve Powers settled on these simple, powerful messages; and where the idea of painting bridges came from in the first place. It's really a thoughtful project.
