This is the Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin singing an amusingly East Slavic version of the standard "Blueberry Hill" in front of an audience of assorted celebrities. Surreal, to say the least.

The YouTube description for the video (which comes from RT, a Russian station that gets a lot of money from Putin's government) suggests this was an impromptu performance. It is impossible for me to believe it wasn't rehearsed to death.
