By the time Little Creek Ranch harvests their oysters in Peconic Bay, New York, each oyster will have filtered almost 55 thousand gallons of water, or 50 gallons per day. Already, the project has reached its funding goal, but with that success, they're hoping to create a co-op space for oyster farmers to share resources. Used bookstore Adobe Books has been a vital hub of Bay Area culture for 25 years, as not only a peddler of beautiful publications, but also a Backroom exhibition space. Unfortunately, they've been struggling to pay the rent, but after we posted a piece about them, they raised about five thousand dollars within a few hours. So, we hope we were a small part of making it possible for them to continue their creative efforts.

Saucee makes sustainable, all organic sauces straight from spices and vegetables. We reached out to them because we loved their efforts to cut out unnatural ingredients, but before co-founder Himanshu Shah finished writing a piece about their company, the project was already funded. We just wanted to share that Saucee is encouraging people to #EatMoreCreatively and their sauces would probably be a great addition to any dinner party.
