Students interrupted a UC regents meeting, protesting recent tuition hikes throughout the University of California system. UC regent President Janet Napolitano initially expressed understanding towards concerned students, “they want to be sure that their voices are being heard and I want to commit to them their voices are being heard.” Oh, really? Her candid response, captured on a hot mic during the students’ display, tells a different story.
