A group of workers are suing the national organisation for what took place.
Ten McDonald’s workers were allegedly fired and subjected to racist harassment by their bosses, and now workers from a Virgina-based location are suing the fast-food chain. According to the laid-off individuals, the national organisation should be held accountable allowing employees to be let go unfairly (like not fitting “the profile”). McDonald’s issued a bland statement about how they support employment diversity, but didn’t address the accusation directly. Check out the video for more examples of what they’re being accused of.
