Seattle-based artist Peregrine Church is putting his city’s many rainy days to good use. Using a water-repellent substance, he leaves uplifting messages on the sidewalks and streets of the city that are only visible when the ground is wet, which, in Seattle, means they’re pretty much visible all the time.
This Artwork is Only Visible When it Rains
Luckily it’s in Seattle, so it’s pretty much always visible.
